By accessing or using Elite Vault IQ's platform, services, and features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elite Vault IQ. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Our services are not available to individuals under 18 years of age or those legally prohibited from accessing financial services.

Account Registration

To access our investment and trading services, you must create an account and complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Investment Plans

We offer three investment plans: Nova Starter Plan (2% hourly returns), Edge Advanced Plan (2.4% hourly returns), and Vertex Premium Plan (2.7% hourly returns). All plans operate for 6 days (144 hours) with principal returned at completion. Returns are not guaranteed and past performance does not indicate future results.

Booster Plans

Booster plans are optional add-ons that increase investment returns by 3-12.5% for specified durations. Booster effects apply to active investment plans and are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific booster product.

AI Trading Bots

Our platform offers 19 AI trading bots with varying risk levels, strategies, and minimum capital requirements. Bot performance is algorithmic and not guaranteed. You acknowledge that automated trading involves substantial risk and may result in losses.

Copy Trading Services

Copy trading allows you to replicate trades from selected traders or AI systems. You understand that copying another party's trading strategy does not guarantee profits and that past performance of copied traders is not indicative of future results.

Investment Risk Warning

All investments and trading activities carry substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose entirely. Investment returns are not guaranteed and market conditions can change rapidly.

Market Volatility

Cryptocurrency and financial markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. Prices can fluctuate significantly within short periods, potentially resulting in substantial gains or losses. We do not guarantee any specific returns or outcomes.

AI Trading Risks

AI trading bots operate based on algorithms and market data analysis. Technical failures, market anomalies, or unexpected events may cause bots to perform differently than expected. We are not liable for losses resulting from automated trading activities.

No Financial Advice

Our platform provides tools and services but does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified financial advisors before making investment commitments.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is $100 USD equivalent. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, cryptocurrencies, and credit cards. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take 24-48 hours after verification.

Fees and Charges

Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and service charges apply as outlined in our fee schedule. Fees may be updated periodically with advance notice. Third-party payment processor fees may apply and are beyond our control.

Currency Exchange

Currency conversions are processed at prevailing market rates at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of your deposits, withdrawals, and investment returns.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users' access to the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Platform Ownership

Elite Vault IQ owns all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal investment purposes only.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform but grant us a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may include content from third parties. Such content is the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Vault IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Vault IQ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of our services, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any law or regulation, or (d) any content you submit to our platform.

Governing Law

Arbitration

Termination by Elite Vault IQ

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete verification requirements, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform or other users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services ceases immediately. We will return your funds (minus applicable fees) but are not obligated to maintain your account data beyond legal retention requirements.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with enforceable provisions that most closely reflect our original intent.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Vault IQ regarding your use of our services.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures of third-party systems.
